Seasonal Smoked BBQ
Pork shoulder hams are cured with our proprietary cure mixture. Not as intense as a country ham, but certainly saltier than a honey baked ham. The hams are so tender they pull apart easily, just like our pulled pork, but with all the flavor of ham. They’re perfect on a sandwich roll, biscuit, or right on the plate. The hams make an appearance in October and November and are available for pre-order for our special Thanksgiving and Christmas smokes.
Monk’s Turkeys are butter injected, and stuffed with Chorizo Sausage Cornbread Stuffing. Smoked over cherry wood, these birds are tender, juicy, and just plain amazing.
